Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. 4\. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure. Jun 5, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Beautiful property but management let us down We enjoyed our time in this classic Chicago house on a tree-lined street in Andersonville —it's full of charm and character. The house was clean, the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with equipment, linens were great and the beds were comfortable. It was a great home base for our family in town for a birthday celebration in Andersonville.There were a couple of issues during our stay that bring the experience to a 4-star level: there was conflicting communication about the checkout time, and the upstairs bathroom shared by the bedrooms had a non-functioning toilet that didn’t fill with water, which was inconvenient - we reported this on our first full day but the management company was unable to resolve.However, I’m giving this listing a 3-star rating overall because of a significant issue with the booking process on VRBO. We were charged tax twice. We brought this to the attention of the management company, but they declined to resolve it. Future guests should be aware of this discrepancy and carefully check the fees - tax appears in two places and in our case was more than 50% of the total fee. ##### Bradley B.
