A: We have an optional parking spot for our renters for only $30/day Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! We provide all these things. There are three, decent-sized rooms with queen beds in them, and a nice bathroom and a small living room and fully-equipped kitchen (with coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave). Rooms and the building have a faint smell of weed but nothing too overpowering. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and walking distance from Chinatown and great food. Close to the metro. There is a small convenience store downstairs. Nice coffee shops nearby. Ideal for up to three couples or couples with older kids.
