Hotel is fine but we checked in and were given a room with one bed despite our reservation for a double queen room. We tried to call downstairs but the phone didn’t work. We went back to front desk and were given a different room with barely an apology. We then went to the second room, which again had only one bed. I told my disgusted to sit and watch TV while my husband went down and worked it out - it was very late and we were all tired. The TV was broken and said no feed available. Finally the third attempt we got a room with two beds but the front desk person barely acknowledged the mistake. So strange for an airport busy hotel with systems in place .

Even if its close to the airport this property was very quiet. Very nice staff and loved our comfy bed very much. We will come back and stay in this facility again. Or we will try to stay at Loews evrywhere we travel. My husband and I had a very good experience.

Our stay was amazing! The room and facility was clean, checkin was quick and painless, and the shuttle to the airport was efficient! We’ve stayed there before and we enjoyed it then as well so we had to come back.

I love that Loews has shuttle service to O'Hara every 15 minutes. Also, there is food all around Loews. You will have no problem finding good food to eat. The restaurant in Loews is The Ashburn and it is great. The morning buffet can't be beat.

It wasn't a great feeling when I noted that I needed to pay for the parking lot. I chose this Hotel because they offer this service, but never mentioned that you would have a charge for it.

All in all it was great. The first room they put me in was directly above the AC unit on an adjacent roof and it made the room shake so they put me in another room. It was fine but the fabric on the sofa had some type of stain that was unsightly and kind of gross looking. But, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was great but the toilet paper was very cheap.
