The room was very nice, clean and spacious. I visited the work out room and was unimpressed. Wanted to do weight lifting-no option for that. In the morning I went to the complimentary breakfast around 8am mostly every option was gone. When I asked the staff will they be refilling. They told me yes and never returned.

Same type of room as a previous stay and always liked the room as well as service and location. This time there was hair in the bathroom sink and shower as well as a large ball of hair on the floor by the trash can in the bathroom. Also multiple young children in room next door that at 7a-8a ran around in hallway laughing and playing. Pretty hard to sleep with that going on. Also at 11-12 at night you could hear the kids playing through the vents in our bathroom. Aside from that the staff were friendly and the guards were very nice and friendly.

Possible Last Visit
The Homewood Suites side of the Hilton combined Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites building may need to be re-evaluated. Mattress was too hard and the clearances between the bed and the restroom wall is too narrow for a King bed. Room should be a queen or the design should be changed. Breakfast though plentiful is not always quality (burnt sausage, biscuits and overcooked eggs). Other than that, it was an nice experience. ($58.00 for parking should told in advertisement)

Travelocity said you could check in at 18. Allowed me to book everything for my daughter of 18, then wouldn’t let her check in because she wasn’t 21. I had to drive 5hours one way to check my daughter in myself.

I'm very sorry for the confusion, but I've double checked and on our travelocity.com site it lists that the minimum checkin age is 21 years old. Additionally, on our hampton.com brand site it also lists the minimum age as 21 years old.If you were told over the phone by travelocity, I would discuss this error with them so they can make any necessary changes or improvements in their processes.

Hotel, rooms, facilities all excellent. Service very friendly. Incredible dining options within walking distance and easy ride to Mile shopping. Parking garage very tight and no recourse for a hit and run, no cameras in parking garage. There are other parking options in walking distance that may be better, worth investigating.

Overall good experience. Check-in and out was quick. Staff was extremely friendly and informative. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast was a bonus! Parking garage was small and the spaces were tight. Otherwise everything was great!

Security after 10 om asks for the Hotel cards upon entrance. Employee was very rude and told me to get my ass in the elevator when i asked whats the attiude for. Also staff at the breakfast are not friendly. Terrible experience. Front dest at the check in was okay but any misunderstandings might trigger an attitude. Barely smiling as i had to break the ice to feel welcomed with my family. Only one staff tried to.make it better and gave us a free ice cream!
