This was our 3rd and last stay. Gradually worse each time. Our room not great, trouble getting into pool, bar not open until listed close time. Our pull out was insanely stained and no bedding. Waited an hour to get it brought to us. Using room phone front desk never answered … had to call direct from cell phone. Daughter cut finger on curtain somehow… pretty deep… no first aid at front. Sent to kitchen to ask… unacceptable. Other better hotels much cheaper. It’s REALLY gone down hill. We unfortunately won’t be back The front desk lady at check in was great. Rafaela breakfast service/ medical assistance provider…. THE assets to this hotel

Very convenient stay for the dury lane theater. Plenty of door dash options in the area to choose from as well.

Hotel was nice and clean. I was under the impression that the indoor pool was heated, it was freezing cold. The hot tub was occupied the whole time and the water in the hot tub was gray and gross looking. Planned a little staycation with kids so they could be able to swim. I’ll still give a good review just if the pool is top priority of your stay you will be disappointed

The property is nice however, I noticed it needs some renovations with couches that are dirty. The towel hanger came off the wall. My room had two lady bugs. The bar area menu could have more options. One of the bar staff made a mistake with my good order. She said “I asked you twice I can not delete the order you will have to pay for two meals even though I did not eat the meal. That was a bit disappointing. However, I spoke with the supervisor and she was able to provide me a complimentary breakfast and a later check out because my flight was delayed. On a rate from 1 to 10 I would rate this hotel a five. The supervisor did mention that they are going to be having some renovations, which is awesome. I would not come back here unless the renovations are completed. I expected excellence from Hilton.

Checkin took a long time. Then the credit card took awhile to work plus there were two attendants and the other one did not help out. Same thing in the morning, was very slow.

Its a beautiful hotel, I did ask for a balcony, but handle was broken so I couldn't open it at all. We couldn't switch rooms because rooms were full. Room was very clean. Pool was horrible, I called before booking to ask if the pool is heated, IT IS NOT! Had I've been told the truth, I would've booked some place else. Jacuzzi..was warm, it was heated as the pool should've been. And had some kind of white foam on top of the water, at least 13-15 people were in the Jacuzzi, just to stay warm from the cold pool water and the cold air that was blowing inside the pool area. Next door to us was an adult party going on, so loud, people coming in and out of there room and the doors slam loud every time. Went on till about 3am. Not good for my kids, since they sleep early and wake up early due to school routine. Walked out of the room for check out, empty liquor bottle 🍾 in the hallway.
