Pros: All the amenities... Restaurants
The old hotel has been completely renovated and it is as up to date as any place you can stay...but this Hotel is historic and a lot of stuff happened here. It was a great experience...the next time I am in Chicago...This is where I'm staying

I attended a conference held at the Hilton

Pros: Comfort and service.
Cons: Parking prices, elevators (though probably not a lot that can be done).
Location: Nice location by Grant Park, Chicago is an easy town to get places walking - good food, and some great pubs within a mile.
The hotel was very nice, I liked the room but parking prices were outrageous and I was stuck paying it because I was not familiar with Chicago. During the conference peak times the elevators would take up to 10 minutes to arrive. My room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very courteous.

Upgraded upon arrival

Location: Millenium Park...the hotel is basically in the center of everything.
I loved everything about my stay here at this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful. I was upgraded to the Executive Floor upon arrival. :)

I was NOT HAPPY with Expedia reserving a hearing impaired room by the elevated rail!!! Only because of hilton honors did we get switched to the above rated room. Hilton 4.6, Expedia 2.0

Great place to stay for a Bears game!

Great location to the museum campus area and Soldier Field. Very clean and recently renovated. I didn't get a chance to eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel, as we only stayed 1 night. I would definitely recommend this location and when we get a chance to go back, I will stay again.

Cons: Tout.
Location: Pas très agréable le soir.
Les photos sont là pour appâter le client, les belles salles ne sont utilisées que pour des évènements exceptionnels. Nous avons été vraiment étonnés de la saleté du lieu, les couloirs avec des plateaux à la vaisselle sale, non ramassés au bout de deux jours! Papier, pop corn, saletés en tout genre. La chambre elle même où j'ai trouvé des vieilles frites sur un fauteuil; dans la salle de bains , cheveux et traces de vernis ou sang? sur le bas du mur. Le lieu est impersonnel et froid et ne donne aucunement envie. Nous avons même fui la salle du petit déjeuner située dans le hall , sans fenêtre, sans charme. Et vous pouvez laisser vos valises pour 2 euros par bagage .

Holiday Family Get Away

Pros: Location and general amenities. Classic hotel in an classic location. We liked the Double Bathroom room we had.
Cons: Refrigerator in room and queen vs. double beds
Location: Museums, Grant Park, Millennium Park, State Street Shopping all with in walking distance.
We took our family on a short get away between Christmas and New Years to relax and enjoy each others company.

Concierge Service Awful

Conciege service was bad. Couldnt get her off the phone or to give us accurate information. Long lines... lack of help.
