Didn't like all the rules we had to sign, seemed a little weird she told me to make sure I read everything I'm signing.. seems like a setup. Also they wouldn't give me a new room or refund me my money because I got a room I didn't reserve and wanted a suite

So… very nice desk lady, she’s working hard and trust me when i tell you she deserves a raise. Anytime i had an issue which was only twice she took care of it asap. But the candle on the cake was when someone was smoking in their bathroom and set off the smoke alarm. You could tell she was overwhelmed but got it figured out. Very nice room, the coffee machine was full of crusties though which was unfortunate. Easy check in and out. Breakfast i didn’t have yet so we’ll see how it goes in the AM.
