We had a very late check-in (2am) due to our return flight was delayed for 7 hours after a vacation. I was concerned with our vehicle being towed away but the hotel staff member assured me that our vehicle was safe. The staff was very understanding and friendly. They reassured me that they would be waiting for us to arrive.

The property was great, rooms were nice, staff was great. The store in the lobby could have been better stocked, especially with the price of 4.00 usd for 2 antacid tablets. The Mirage restaurant is very poor quality food, every time I ordered from there it was almost inedible. I recommend this place for the accomodations, but use door dash, uber eats, or the BP gas station Subway/Dunkin Donuts for food. Also take a jacket, it is very cold and windy there.

Tried for 1.5 hours to get a ride to the hotel from the airport until the shuttle stopped running and we had to spend $25 on an Uber then the next morning there were 40 people lined up to take the shuttle! We were told it was first come first serve but that’s ridiculous.again many had to take an Uber again. Room was old and smelled. Tiny bathroom with one washcloth. No outlet by one side of bed.

After a day long of flight delays and finally landing in Chicago, I was able to book a room within seconds, very easy and simple process, and get a shuttle from the airport to the room and back. The room was nice and clean. I wish I could remember the lady’s name working the front desk, she was very pleasant and empathetic to everyone arriving from delayed flights. Overall, we had a good night/morning stay, I would definitely recommend others to book with Four Points at Sheraton and I would book again for myself and family.
