This place was disgusting. Roaches, broken furniture, dirty bedding, I dont think under the beds have ever been vacuumed. Will not ever be staying there again.

The have bed bugs in the room the staff was rude and almost didn't get my money back cause of the staff being so rude about the bugs. Had videos and photos of them in microwave crawling the walls and baby ones and big ones.

This was the worst experience for me , I book in this property, and I regret that decision, the sheets or dirty , the room don’t look nothing like it does in the pictures online, the hallways stinks , the whole place is dirty, there is beg bugs , no elevator, no houseskeeping I was there for 4 days and no one came in to change the sheet or clean the room, they only pick up trash and ask if you need towel, that’s all, nobody comes in to clean the room, it is disgusting in there, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

There were bedbugs and roches everywhere. The bedding had stains and cigarette holes in them. And the bedding was definitely not washed recently as the pillows still smelled of the last persons cologne.

very unhappy, with all three rooms had roaches, linen had spots and hair on it. One of the rooms had black stuff over bathroom ceiling could have been old water link, but no professional exactly what it is, I reported to staff and requested money back immediately. As my family and I were leaving immediately another quest that was there requested money back because of same reason, its was a nightmare. I also had kids with me that were exremely tire and my elderly parents extremely tire because I had to drive around while my husband was trying another hotel with three rooms. so disappointed this hotel would advertise rooms that are and this condition and okay with putting people at risk of getting sick and taking roaches home with them. it took 3 hours to find another hotel and get to our final destination to bring in the New Year. which we arrive to party to bring in the new year 25 minutes before the new year came in and were very tire. Most of all because of this trying to find another hotel so late close to new year I end up paying double in cash fro all rooms addition with having to put down $100 cash deposit for each room that was refunded after check out. shame on this hotel

Booked a room online. Said it was pet friendly.Drove all the way from Arizona to arrive saying they didn't allow pets. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before finally asking if anyone was working there. Employee finally rolled out of the back room. Numerous housekeepers walked by ignoring me. Bad area of town.

When i first got into my room, it wasnt clean and beds were not made. The sheets and pillows were yellow and there was a dead bug on the wall above the tv. I was uncomfortable staying in the hotel for the 5 days i needed it and paid for another hotel in the area, however i already booked and paid for the whole 5 days and it was non refundable. The worst hotel experience ive ever had.

The floors and walls of the room were very dirty. Rust around the door frame in the bathroom and the toilet was broken down and large chips out of the bath tub. I would not return.

Had people banging on my door in the middle of the night. Back door lock was broken. People sleeping in the stairwells when I left in the morning. Room was dirty, wet wash rag in the tub, wet towels, visibly dirty sheets and floors. Cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Pubic hair on the sink. That was the last straw. I understand the property is used to shelter homeless people during freezing nights. I paid for my room. But there’s no excuse for allowing the property to deteriorate the way this one has. I will not stay there again.

Stayed for my daughters navy graduation picked location due to closeness to base and price next time I will definitely spend the extra to stay elsewhere dresser drops broken or missing no where to hang any clothing table was not level outlets didn’t all work and definitely was not as the pictures showed. No breakfast no coffee snack area… lesson learned

They denied our reservation as we were attempting to check in. The receptionist was rude to the point of ridiculous. She said they changed the Pet Friendly status and we have a service dog. Called corporate and was given a free room another night but that left us on the street in Chicago. Was VERY unhappy!
