Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either. Q: Is the Gym shared? A: Yes, it is shared so please be respectful of other tenants and guests using the space. Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage? A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags with Radical Storage near our property. It allows you to store your bags for your optimal time :) Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn\`t trust any listing with which this isn\`t the case. Q: What about parking? A: We don’t recommend driving because we are so centrally located. You may find a lot or garage nearby for $18-30 / night. There are multiple garages or valet services within 2 blocks. Spent the day looking for this iconic piece and finally found it. The Chicago Theatre was built in 1921 and was originally named the Balaban and Katz Chicago Theatre. This building has become the unofficial landmark for Chicago representing the rich arts and music culture Chicago is known for. The photos were accurate with the notable exception that there is a kitchen table that backs up to the couch in the kitchen that seats four. The building was very secure and in a safe neighborhood With easy access to a Trader Joe’s and several good casual places to eat. The location was close to buses, trains, and just a block away from Michigan Avenue/Grant Park. The views were great, however, we didn’t spend much time at the rental as we were out Traveling the city most of the day. The building had great soundproofing. The only suggestions I have to make it. A better experience would be to have a second set of keys available for the renters. With six adults coming and going sometimes at different hours, it made it difficult, even the option of leaving it with the front desk wasn’t great because someone has to leave the door unlocked in order to return the keys to the front desk. The owners were very responsive so I’m sure they’ll take care of the two minor maintenance issues that can be repaired -the main bathroom lock didn’t work and one of the secondary bedroom doors didn’t close easily. Other than that our stay was perfect for our needs (6 adults vacationing)and we would definitely stay again. ##### Holly A.
