Coming from Arizona, we felt right at home with a carniceria just a 3 minute walk away. Bus or train will get you anywhere you need to go in the city. It was a last minute trip, so we worried about getting responses back from the locations we were looking at. Sury was very helpful and answered all of questions. Booking was very easy, checking in was very easy. We were an hour early for check in because of the the time change and they were able to accommodate us and let us in early. Which was very much appreciated! We were also warned that there was only parking on the street and it is not promised to be in front of the house. When we got there, there was a spot in front of the house which made us happy and our car stayed there for the remainder of the trip. The apartment itself was small, but we knew that and it worked. It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The apartment was 15 minutes away from everything we needed, it was very convenient. The CTA train was in walking distance from the apartment, again very convenient. We walked the neighborhood and stopped at one of the bars on the way to the CTA and had no problems. People were friendly. We met a gentlemen that was a fiance to one of the owners and he also was very friendly and helpful. There was only 2 complaints we had about our stay and one were the sheets! After a long day the sheets were very worn and scratchy, not comfortable at all. And there was a musty smell. We would definitely stay again. ##### Lisa B.
