Although the staff were very nice, I arrived to a room I did not book and was advised they were fully booked for the evening and that I could not have the room I booked because they were sold out for the night. Even though the message received upon booking stated the restaurant is open 7 nights per week for dinner, they are closed Saturdays. Which is very inconvenient, especially when you don't know the area and end up having to pay for food delivery. The shuttle service only leaves once per hour, and if you need to leave at 7am on a weekend to be at the airport in time for your flight, breakfast isn't served until 7am on Sunday morning and they will not reimburse you for the breakfast package if not used. I will not be staying at this location again.

Upon arrival we got a room and the refrigerator was broken and had to move rooms. The next room the entire bed frame was broken and we had to move rooms again. They then upgraded us to a suite and the bathroom light wouldn’t work but we weren’t changing. The buffet breakfast with our group was awful to the point that everybody decided to eat elsewhere. The pool had a light and wires exposed and the staff told us to swim at our own risk. Apparently we had tried to get a hold of the general manager to book a meeting room, and no one told us that that was actually a thing until the last night that we were there. overall, the staff communication was horrible and nobody knew what end was up.

Paid for Marriott and felt like a Motel 6. Told restaurant on site was closed. Baseboards missing all over property. This is in an industrial area with nothing around. Food suggestions were pizza and wings Transportation employee was unprofessional, junk all over front seat. We paid too much for the quality received.

They gave me the room right next to the entrance door. At night, people keep getting in and out so the door makes very noisy sounds that don't let us sleep. Staffs are nice but the room is not. This was a very bad experience I had with Marriot.

The staff was professional, friendly & helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only drawback was that there were no restaurants within walking distance, the closest was one and a half miles away. It was raining and cold that evening so walking that distance was not an option.
