The property is clean, in good condition and close to the airport, but the night staff was terrible and I wouldn't stay there again unless staffing was taken more seriously. The night desk person was rude, dishonest, and gave us the run around. She sent us multiple places before she would dispatch a shuttle and then told us shuttle had left (it wasn't supposed to be dispatched until we got there). When I got frustrated she hung up on me. My son called and she hung up on him. We thought we found shuttle, but it took us to the wrong Marriott. They were kind and sent us to correct hotel. The desk person and cleaning/shuttle driver working both seemed high and one smelled of weed. They made lots of excuses about not being able to get the cot we ordered and lied about looking for it until my husband was persistent at which point desk person told the other guy in the back room to go get one (she told us he was already looking). This is not how I expect to be treated for these rates at an Airport Marriott when I fly in with family so late at night. Also, amenities list breakfast as a separate amenity from restaurant so we thought breakfast was included, but it was super expensive microwave food that cost more than if we ate at the airport. I was very disappointed for the price and not what I expected from this brand.
