Complete amenities and wet bar area for entertainment. Ideal for short stay, hotel type. Kitchenette and laundry room. An attached stove in the grill is available in the deck. New mattresses and progressively updating for professional look. Keyless entry (Yale Nest), full privacy. The space Raised ranch house BASEMENT ONLY with 2 bedrooms - a king and a queen beds, 1 full bathroom and spacious living/entertainment room. Tiles throughout the basement-mostly heated floor. Spacious closets. Entertainment living room has 60 inches smart TV with SONOS playbar attached. Wet bar for social drinking. Complimentary breakfast -oatmeal, chips/crackers, drinks and other stuff. It's a smart place with Nest Keyless entry and Nest- Smart Mesh Wi-Fi. I consistently upgrading my place. It might appear different during your stay but for better and decent look. Lawrence absolutely manicured trees just absolutely beautiful living in Texas. We don’t get a change of seasons so to see the different color trees in the yards were amazing. The property manager was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we needed and even stuff that he didn’t know we needed. we got there on our first day and had a little issue with the TV remote.
