Newly renovated with private entrance, 2 BR, bathroom, spacious living /dining room. Bedrooms have queen beds and ample closet space. Living room includes a pullout couch for an extra guest and a dining area equipped with a TV, coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave , toaster and mini fridge. NO Kitchen available. On a quiet tree lined avenue , free street parking and an easy walk to local shopping bars and dining. This space is perfect for couples or friends or family traveling together. Not appropriate for large groups of young adults who are going to party and return all odd hours of the night as this is my home as well. If you have late night plans - this is not the right place for you. Guest access Front patio is for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note This is a three story home . The first floor is for our guests . I live upstairs with my family so please expect normal household noises like footsteps.
