This charming coach house features two comfortable bedrooms and offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. With free parking included, you’re just moments from local attractions and a quick 15 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. The Space \- This detached coach house includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and workspace on the main floor, plus a finished basement with laundry, a game room, and a theater room. \- The front porch has shades that can be lowered for privacy, and the backyard offers private outdoor seating. Parking is available in a shared tandem driveway, with a limit of two vehicles per stay. \- There are stairs to reach the front entrance and another set to access the basement. The basement is fully finished, but some areas have lower ceiling heights, which are marked with signage.
