One of the best pizza spots in Chicago is only steps away! General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests may book only with prior approval. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized reservations may be canceled. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure. There were a couple little weird things during our stay like one light we couldn’t leave on for too long or it would flicker and the room was not really suitable to work from since there wasn’t a large enough table for a desk.
