All the staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers. The grounds outside, especially around the pool area, could use some updating and care.

No carts to take luggage to room, no effort by staff to help find one. My husband is 81 & had to carry our bags in 2 trips up to the 3rd floor and down three corridors that ran the whole length of the property. Employees were courteous, but did not go out of their way to help us when help was needed, such as with our bags. And the few times we had to call the front desk for something, the calls went unanswered. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good. Quiet. Breakfast was good and included several hot choices. Location was convenient.

The staff was nice and helpful. Snacks are adequately priced and the building itself is not all that bad, just old. Our bed however had a handful of stains which made us paranoid enough to check for bed bugs. No bed bugs but stained sheets comforters pillow cases and sweaty pillows. Bathroom was clean but they need to worry more about the details. 2.5/10
