Relax in cozy bedrooms complete with a modern bathroom. Step outside to a spacious shared yard, perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. Local eateries and breweries are just a short stroll away! General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. 2\. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. 3\. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. 4\. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure. They have extra blankets and the house was stocked with salt, pepper, tea, coffee, some snacks and cleaning supplies. The communication was great and I got answers right away when I had some questions. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions very clear so we didn’t have any problem to enter and exit the property. The property is very well located, we enjoyed the neighborhood very quietly but that also has some cool bars and restaurants walking distance. I highly recommend this place. ##### Cristiane F.
