It was alright. Spent one night at the location. The walls were super thin and for some reasons they didn't have full sized pillows? I got lucky vs some friends also staying there that found crusty dirty socks near their AC unit.

Staff were super friendly when checking in and out. Had continental breakfast every morning. The hotel is in need of repairs. The ceilings were peeling off and the rooms could have done with refurbishment.

The bathroom shower looked as if there was mold spots around the caulking. The bathroom itself, was tiny, and the lighting in there was horrible. The room was stuffy, and yes, we even turned the air on at 64°, constant fan, and it was definitely far from being cool. If I had to find a place to stay really fast, I guess it would do, but not in my first 10.

It was very unpleasant stay. Lots of bed bugs in the room. When we complain to front desk response was very bad. They didn’t take any action. Never ever coming back here would rather sleep in car then stay in this kind of motel.

We enjoyed ourselves on our little vacay. The only thing I had an issues with was the breakfast. Some of the things that were supposed to.be how were cold. The lady working tried to fix it Idk if if was. I just went back to my room and finished packing. The hotel is so pretty. It was more than what I was expecting.

The location of this hotel is great, close to lots of shopping and dining options. The price was definitely friendly compared to others in the area, but with that being said you do get what you pay for. The room was pretty small, the king bed was firm, customer service was decent at best and the sofa bed was a bit dirty. Overall I would stay again if I was looking for a last minute hotel on a budget.

Upon arrival we went in and check the room for any bed bugs. The room was very clean bathrooms very clean. The surfaces were nice and clean. Remote control was nice and clean overall 10 out of 10.

The breakfast required guest to eat downstairs next to strangers. No option to take your breakfast to your room. I wanted to eat my breakfast with the morning news. The housekeeper came to my room at 10:55. Rushing me out. She stayed with a harsh tone and accent" it is eleven" I showed her my cell phone screen it showed 10:55. She was extremely rude. She came back to my room to knock again. My phone screen said 10:57am. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. It's not fair to rush checkout and to require guest to eat downstairs.

Great stay--staff very attentive.
I had two separate stays within days of each other. The rooms were clean, the front desk attendants were helpful, and the lady who manages the breakfast is really on top of things. After initial check-in, I discovered the TV wasn't working. The front desk sent someone immediately, and when they couldn't resolve the issue, I was quickly given a new room a few doors down. The staff was very attentive.

Decent stay, nothing special - exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel. Bed was comfy but rooms were tiiiiiiny - every piece of furniture was squished together - it almost gave trailer vibes. Pillows were small squares - definitely gave more decorative pillow-size vibes than pillows for a bed. Room was clean, but a little run down (loooots of scratches in tub and scratched off paint on doors). Relatively quiet in the building, only heard what was going on in the hallway once or twice. Overall, exactly what you’d expect for the price.

Staff was nice. You could tell that the hotel itself was old and they updated some of it, however the room doors were still old, so I had to kick the room door shut in order to lock it. It’s also pet friendly, which I was unaware of, and the dog across the hall barked whenever left alone, which one night was a few hours. My biggest complaint is that there was zero hot water. The shower warmed to lukewarm at best. Room was cleaning and the furniture and bedding in great condition.

Great parking and clean. Only issues I had was all floor ice machines was out of service. So you had to get ice from front desk and the hot water in room takes mins to warm up … but it was a good stay. I would book again

A very good hotel
The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean. The pool was well maintained. There was a very good breakfast in the morning. The grounds of the hotel are clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

hoy water problems
my stay at this hotel would have been much better if the hot water had not been such a problem. My first night there I didn't have hot water and the problem wasn't really fixed until day 2. Was not happy with that, Overall I would proabely stay there again after asking if the hot water works first.
