the staff was incredibly helpful. all the local shopping that one could want/ need. the room itself was very nice as well. alot more spacious than i expected. overall great experience.

The hotel was clean, the staff was super polite, and the location was great. However, our room had a chloreine smell, the bed was super uncomfortable, and the radiator was super loud. The other strange thing is that the bathroom door didn't latch. It was a glass door that swung back and forth, with a decent gap at the hinges.

It was cold the entire night I called and called and pleaded about the heat in the room No one ever came I called the next morning no one ever came. It was so bad we left at 8 instead at 11 when we check out . The staff hav eno regards for customers . They do not care . Prior to all of this they had given our room away so we had to wait 30 minutes for them To find us a new room. Needless to say I was very disappointed . I expected more from a Marriott hotel. Very horrible service.
