\- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.  
  
\- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.  
  
\- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.  
  
\- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.  
  
\- Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival.  
  
\- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.  
  
\- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
