We also felt very safe in the building as there are several access codes needed to enter the premises, building and home. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance and the CTA Bus and L are nearby as well. The owner of the home was very responsive to any of our questions and even provided videos on certain how-to's. For example, we wanted to know where and how to access the laundry facilities, and voila, a very quick and simple video helped really fast. Pretty cool, actually.
