一入大廳服務人員態度還算可以，在說明入住內容後就直接上樓來到房間，一到房間後因我們有一些東西需要使用冰箱，打開冰箱後大傻眼居然裡面好幾個地方發霉(是很久沒人住這房間嗎)，掀開一床被子發現床包上也有污漬，好幾處角落都未清潔，當下打給客服反應客服也沒有說要幫我們換房，只說會請人來看，等房務人員來只帶著毛巾來做清潔，也換了床包，這個價格跟住房品質落差太大了 in服務不好，久等了還叫我去對面櫃台，感覺很差，就好像被騙來尊爵館後實際是住對面舊的生活館，然後雙人房只給一幢被子，冷氣開太冷想一人蓋一幢被子，加被子要$100，加錢是無所謂，可是被子不乾淨上面有一點約2公分的血漬，然後隔音很差，凌晨聽到隔壁浴缸放水超大聲，早上想泡泥漿溫泉，開水開很久一點都不熱 26, 2020 #### 溫泉不錯, 但換房一肚子氣 於hotels.com購買標準四人房型, 但入住是發現房間兩張雙人床一張高, 一張低 高的床是軟床,有兩層床墊 低的床是硬床,只有一層床墊 反應給接待處兩位不同的服務人員得到的回應如下 1.送洗廠商回來樣式不一 (我不知道這是什麼意思) 2.床組更新中所以有不同床型(這樣的話應該於訂房前就標示吧) 3.有的人喜歡軟床, 有的人喜歡硬床
