Temperatures control - common area requires jackets 2\. Customer information : an explicit list of what are NOT allowed not available 3\. Great idea for the guests to make/break the beds and the linens were clean and ironed to perfect. A list, with illustrations of steps, to help us complete the task efficiently will be helpful. It took me an hour to do a decent job. 4\. It's convenient, walking distance to the night market. We didn't buy the breakfast, but there were plenty of options in the morning, easy to walk to.
