It's convenient, walking distance to the night market. We didn't buy the breakfast, but there were plenty of options in the morning, easy to walk to. Their last renovation probably they used the cheapest materials they could get. Hot water not hot and water pressure not good. Leaking water from shower and wind/draft from windows. Temperatures control - common area requires jackets 2. Customer information : an explicit list of what are NOT allowed not available 3. Great idea for the guests to make/break the beds and the linens were clean and ironed to perfect. A list, with illustrations of steps, to help us complete the task efficiently will be helpful. It took me an hour to do a decent job. 4.
