In the late nineteenth century, this characteristic house was built as a hotel and was given the name "Elvezia La Specola". Our grandfather Giuseppe became the owner of the house in the early forties, and since then it has been our family home. The ground floor has now been converted into a great fresh pasta store and a well known Winery. We wish to welcome you in the apartment facing south, which was completely renovated in 2015 and consists of a kitchen area and living room, a double room and another double room on the mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace. We offer free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor there is a laundry room. A communal courtyard is available for parking your car, as well as a common area garden. Our house is centrally located, within walking distance from the station and the famous "Crotti". Just about 50 yards from the train station, which was perfect because we arrived by train and we did don’t have a car. However, there is parking available. Close to hiking trails and many restaurants and shops. Paolo was great to deal with. Any questions we had, his response was prompt.
