I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

Absolutely idyllic. Black sand beach. Beautiful hotel and friendly and polite staff. 30 minute drive from Genoa but so worth it. Gorgeous view of the Sea. Would highly recommend this.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable other than the pillows which could use an upgrade. Breakfast was good. Hotel mentioned they had a hot tub/jacuzzi but we were a bit disappointed ..."
