Spent about 1 week here, this is such a great location. The place is well maintained and has a great design. The staff are amazing, very attentive and very nice. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. Our trip was at a good time as the annual Chiang Mai Flower Festival and Parade were on between 7-9 February. The parade was right in front of the hotel and the gardens were a short walk from there as well. Most places are within walking distance of the hotel. There is a cute night market just down the road as well and it is very close to the main gate. Then we asked to change room, they gave us one, one level below, we fortunately couldn’t hear the water pipes anymore but there was no window at all.
