#### Beau petit dortoir 

J'ai eu 9 nuits en dortoir. Un petit dortoir de 12 lits derrière la réception bien organisé. Avec 2 douches à proximité, casiers clée fournie et petit frigo. Nous sommes proche du boulevard Arak donc on peut entendre le roulement des voitures en soirée mais l'air A/C aide à couper le son. Les lits sont fermes, beaux draps et couvertures avec des rideaux pour se sentir en privé. Il y a un beau petit balcon au 3e. La sécurité du bâtiment est parfaite avec clé magnétique. Le secteur est bien aussi...pour se promener à l'intérieur du "carré de Chiang Maï". J'y retournerais. Très propre.

Bel endroit, bien situé et design attreyant. Propreté et confort, bouteilles d'eau et ménages tous les jours. C'était mon meilleur logement en Thaïlande !

The staff was super kind, always ready to help, very informative. Their latte and tea lattes were delicious and we missed those for a while on the rest of our trip. The room was clean and spacious, but there is unfortunately nowhere to set your clothes so ours were all over the floor! Well situated however, right on the western edge of old Town.

Convenient location. Many local attractioons within walking distance. Not quite in the middle of everything so it was quiet at night time. Full breakfast each morning. Staff could be more up on how to get to different places.

#### An Elegant Gem on the Edge of the Old Town

Hostel was nice, with attentive staff and simple yet nice breakfast service. The air conditioner in our room leaked a little, but all in all, a pretty good experience.

#### cozy dorm nice to stay

Staff was so friendly and make me feel comfortable. Actually i was booking this hostel from last year and I forgot it. But staff she call me to ask me will coming to that hostel or want to cancel . :) All of this hostel is nice. I will come back to this place for sure^^

#### Comfortable hotel at edge of the old city

Overall comfortable stay and a great value for the price. We were here for 4 nights and had one of the private rooms. Room was very clean and comfortable but minimalist, as expected for a hostel (one single dispenser in the shower for shampoo/conditioner/body wash, no hair dryer). Air conditioner worked great and was absolutely appreciated. Staff was friendly, didn't speak a lot of English but they were always smiling and greeting us. This hotel is in the old city so all of our excursions included free pick up from this hotel (no surcharge). Overall if you are looking for a great budget hotel, I would highly recommend staying here. Can't speak to the hostel rooms.

Der Aufenthalt im "Arak" hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag geputzt, die Handtücher wurden jeden zweiten Tag erneuert. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn die ein oder anderen Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten vorhanden waren, was jedoch für Thailand total normal ist. Das Hostel ist insgesamt sehr modern eingerichtet und kommt europäischen Standards gleich. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt bleibt hier die Lautstärke der Straße zu erwähnen , was jedoch mit Ohrenstöpseln behoben werden kann. Zur Lage bleibt zu erwähnen, dass sie, wenn man mobil ist , definitiv ideal ist. Das Hostel liegt am westlichen Rande der Altstadt , also zwischen Nachtmarkt und Downtown. Mit dem Roller oder ähnlichem sollte das kein Problem sein, auch die günstigen Gruppentaxis helfen hier. Zu Fuß ist beides jedoch nur mit jeweils guten 20-30 min fußläufig erreichbar.

#### Clean, comfy & convenient hostel

My husband stayed here in a private room for 2 nights and were very pleased with out stay. The places is very clean and bed is comfortable. Our room was the small one but the space was very efficient with shelves and things to unpack our bags. Wifi works excellent and flat screen tv was nice. I loved the architecture and design of the place. Very industrial / hip look. The only thing that would make this place better is a more involved hostel social environment. Some hostels host activities so guests can get to know eacher and have some fun but this place is more laissez faire.

#### Highly Recommend. Great stay.

Arak is in a perfect location - about a 15 minute drive from the airport but still gives you the old town vibe. We stayed there for 3 nights, and the kind man who checked us in showed us how to lock the door, how to enter the building (as you have to swipe your key card to even enter the hostel) and how to get into our room. Our room was so nice for the amount we paid, very comfy bed and spacious room, with a small balcony that had a chair and tables. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was easy to use and the temperature was easy to adjust. We went for day trips out, and as it is just off a main road it made pick ups and drop offs very easy! Whilst we were out, they came in and cleaned our room each day which was a very nice surprise! We also had the American Breakfast on the last night for 120 baht, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff are lovely. Couldn't recommend it more.

This is a great place! I will stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai. Modern facility and very hip. The staff are hard working and very friendly.

#### Excelente hostel! Sin duda lo recomendaría!!!

Excelente estadia! La habitación a pesar de ser pequeña es muy limpia y cómoda. El hostel es nuevo y miderno. Igualmente hay opciones de habitación más grande que es maravillosa! El personal es súper amable y servicial. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y hacer de tu alojamiento la mejor estadía. Además está muy bien ubicado a 5 o 10 min. caminando de los sitios de interés, restaurantes y bares. No dudaría en volver!
