Firstly the receptionist was a lovely and helpful girl.On arrival we were told no breakfast when we had pre booked and paid for it.Later we were told we could have it.Something had gone wrong there.The hotel is nothing like the photos advertising it.The whole place needs a good revamp.The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. Bedroom furniture was awful as was the bathroom.The television was as old as the hills. In Chiang Mai there are much better and cheaper hotels than this one. The room/hotel itself was an older building so it is what i expected. Everything worked fine, TV was old but I don't watch tv on my vacations so no issue for me. L'hôtel a un petit jardin et une terrasse couverte pour les petits déjeuners (à propos des petits déjeuners: pas de choix à part la cuisson des oeufs et tous les jours la même chose ou presque). La chambre était plutôt rustique, équipée de façon sommaire mais il y a l'essentiel. On était au 2e étage sans ascenseur, pas un problème pour nous mais bon à savoir. La dame de l'accueil et la femme de ménage m'ont très gentiment aidée avec ma lourde valise. Le débit de la douche était très moyen. Le lit était franchement dur, mais on a bien dormi. On aurait aimé avoir des rideaux un peu plus occultants, ceci dit. Les personnes à l'accueil sont chaleureuses, accueillantes et prêtes à aider.
