When i first walked in (i made it there before check in) 8 forgot the check in time and a lady at the desk just looked at me with an attitude then looked back down at her phone. She didn't acknowledge me or tell me to wait for the check in time. So i stood there until i remembered and sat down. The room i was in door did not lock and when i finally did get it to lock i couldn't get myself out. The room looked clean but it was dirty. I was so itchy i checked out the same day. The room was drab, dark and the floor was dirty. There are cracks in the walls, chipped paint everywhere. The bed was so hard I barely slept. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.
