My wife and I were here for a week on our honeymoon and the staff and food was excellent. Everyone was so nice and friendly, as well as accommodating to our needs if we needed anything. Chaing Mai Airport Plaza and Kad Manee Market are close by and it’s easy for a Grab pickup at the hotel. I highly recommend and would love to come back if we are ever back in Chiang Mai!!

The room was clean, had comfortable bedding and a good internet connection. I liked getting a 500thb voucher to use for food. The room looked a little bare as many shelves were empty of items. The kitchen needed cooking items as there were bare cupboards. The restaurant had great food but appetizers should be served before the main courses not after. There were many selections on the menu and my duck curry dish tasted great. I saw on their website a game room listed but the staff said this doesn't exist there. Overall it was a good visit.

Lovely stay and lovely staff, they were so helpful! The breakfast each morning was delicious, there were so many great amenities! The pool is lush and gorgeous. This is in a safe area however not very walkable. Front desk is helpful when calling cabs to the city.

Beautiful place,great staff and very clean.It is about 10 minutes outside downtown and there is some street noise and nightly music from a bar across the street.The pool and food choices are great.I would stay there again when visiting Chiang Mai.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were absolutely amazing, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. the room was spacious and very clean. i had a one-bedroom with an extra large bed. one thing that stood out was the clean sofa (as typically in hotels, they are full of stains). the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. netflix in the living area and bedroom. really good AC. the water pressure in the shower was mediocre (if you have a lot of hair, it takes longer to wash). had trouble with the wifi on my last 2 days but the staff rectified it and worked okay afterwards, still cut out for video calls and netflix. the staff are super friendly with everything. the food at the parc thai restaurant was delicious - though the drinks were pricey. the pool is small and surrounded by landscaping - appeared to have the ‘closed for treatment’ sign during the majority of my stay. the location is quiet and walking distance to convenience stores, plenty of eateries, and a shopping plaza. a reliable bank next door. there is a cafe on the property, very good food and drinks. there is a sky terrace/restaurant but had the closed sign up for my 6-day stay except for one night. they offer a free shuttle to the airport after certain duration. i would stay again and recommend this place.
