Surrounded by restaurants, spas, and others, it s a great location. There is a restaurant and travel agency within the hotel. The facility appears a little older but overall, the location was perfect for what we wanted and the room was spacious for two people. We felt safe. Walking distance from all of the markets and street food. Great location. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We booked a few tours at the front desk and they were always giving us suggestions for what to do locally each day. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next stay. Staff were great, very friendly and cleaning staff were excellent. The only negative for me was I had a window facing a restaurant that stayed open until 3am, never a lot of people at that time but on a few nights they got pretty loud. We were so uncomfortable in the first room and did not expect to get a better room so easily. We were so grateful to have been given a room with a comfortable bed. This is a great location in the center of Old City. The room was clean but not the nicest or fanciest. It was okay and had AC. There were only stairs, if you have a disability Thailand is not very accessible for people who cant walk or climb stairs.
