Only thing is they didnt change bedsheets until the last day and the towels were never changed. Good location, close to temples, 7/11 and washing. While the location was a good one (close to convenient stores, massage parlours and eateries), the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms could be better. Our first room (ground level) was infested with mozzies and covered with dust webs. They moved us to an upper level room after I gave my feedback and it was much better (cleaner and no mozzies). Their daily room service was basic but worked out for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is beautiful and has a nice layout. It is in an absolute perfect area of the Old Town. It has a nice pool that is a little cold but manageable. They have pool towels at the front desk. The rooms had everything you need including always having hot water. The negatives would be that I had to ask a few times for new bath towels. For some reason, they skipped my room. I stayed for a week. Also, they lacked in pool loungers. They only had four.
