Our stay at LiLu Hotel was very nice and relaxed. The Check in was simple and the owner was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, but a bit noisy because of the street. Furniture was in a good shape, the bed was a bit hard. The bathroom was clean and also in good condition, except the rainshower. We really enjoyed staying at Lilu Hotel and Chiang Mai. We had a nice quiet room in a separate outside building. Very clean and comfy and close to everything. We walked everywhere! Breakfast is always fresh and delicious and the staff is amazing and kind! Nice decorated, clean room. We had to use the Late Check-In - there was no problem at all. Our room was in the front to the street.
