I’m not sure if these items are changed for every new guest. The hotel was also renovating its coffee shop during my stay, which caused some noise that affected the rest. The facilities were quite limited, and parking space might not be enough during long weekends. There was only one staff member on the night shift who seemed to handle many tasks alone. There is a $200 key deposit that I found really strange considering they are the plastic ones. I booked 3 nights for our son and wife to enjoy the bathtub as few places here have them. Check in went okay but WiFi and water had to be turned on after their arrival. Breakfast could have had more selection but with Covid 19 and few guest that is understandable. The only complaint they had was that staff in the early morning hours could be heard talking in the restaurant and some with idle time were smoking by the pool which caused them not to go to the pool. We took a family room and it was very roomy with one 7-feet bed and one 3.5-feet bed. The only comment I have is management. I think the hotel policy and practise against COVID-19 is very weak. The breakfast buffet was served by staff with mask-off and all guests were allowed to access the food freely without any protection.
