The hotel is in the middle of a gradual renovation project which means it's a bit of a mess. You call the lift and you might get a clean usable one or one full of building materials. The room I was given had, so I was told, been renovated but felt only partially done and cleanliness was not very good. E.G. the coffee cups were both dirty inside and the bathroom was not very clean. The new beds are on wheels which became frustrating very quickly as every time you bumped them or tried to sit up in bed they rolled away! The windows were fixed against movement in a slightly open postion, which made no sense. Again I will note that the staff were great.
