I probably spent about $19 a night. The room was very nice and spacious with a small fridge included. AC works perfectly. The cafe on the ground level is very nice, with a large coffee menu, and a smaller food menu. (My fiance was the one drinking the coffee/lattes, and she approves!) Only had a few items from the menu, and they were tasty and cheap. The location offers a direct route over the ping River to the other various markets and riverside restaurant/cafes. Just around the corner, you can hit route 11 and that would pretty much take you directly to Maya Mall, Central festival mall. The front desk Staff was really nice and spoke some English well enough. The room could use some updates, the shower didn't drain very well. The beds were firm, but clean and so was the room. Wifi worked well. The cafe just outside the hotel has good food and a friendly staff. Terrible location - nowhere near the new or old city. The rooms were basic and the beds were hard as rocks. The lack of cleanliness made us concerned to sleep in the bed. Bathroom was also the shower and mold was growing on the walls.
