Everything was clean, always here to help, the family is really charming. A laundry is in front of the hotel (perfect) and easy to walk in the quarter of Chiang Mai. I recommand this peaceful place! No issues - quality room, everything worked, no smells or odors, safe location, friendly and nice receptionist, good price/value. They have installed security camera system and I asked about a lock-box and they brought one to my room. Overall definitely come again. The negative point would be the door to access to the bathroom / toilets that is not really opaque. So you can more or less see what the other person is doing...
