The place is a step above a hostel. But it smelled of mildew, and has an active bug issue. The corners of the room had dirt, bug carcasses, and cobwebs. The bed was a cheap 5-6 inch mattress with a board as the box spring. It was crushed on one side from people sitting on it. The door to the balcony was held by a cheap latch that opened whenever the inside door was closed. And it had a quarter inch gap in the door frame.The place looked like at one point someone cared about it, but then they stopped. Not worth the price. Positiv: schnelles Wlan, nettes Café im Erdgeschoss und die Lage in Nimmanhemmin (die Shoppingmall MAYA ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
