There is no question. WiFi and hot water does not reach to top floor. Moved to 4th floor where WiFi and hot water worked but the air conditioning leaked and bathroom door latch was broken resulting in me getting stuck in the bathroom. But that staff just said "no have". That's all. Not even a "Sorry". The next day I want to see if they are recommended taxi driver to send me to the airport. They have, but asking for 400 bahts!!!! Way too expensive.
