It is located in a tourist area with food and things nearby. the pool is shared with the neighborhood hotel and has most of the tables and chairs reserved for the other hotel. There is a small area for this hotels guests to sit by the pool which is a run down area. The pool is nice. The hotel room has mold on walls, dirty bathroom, stained bedsheets, and our room had a AC unit that was not working. Compare to the other hotels in this area, this hotel is basic but provides a comfortable stay at a great value. For the price however you can't beat it. I would not stay here a month but a few nights to save some money-it works. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Door lock on room high quality. A collection of derelict air-conditioners sat next to the elevator on my floor. The bathroom was very old. The hot water heater did produce wonderfully hot water. There is a pool, but the Anodard shares it with the nicer hotel next-door.
