Recently renovated,there are 3 bedrooms (all with air con), 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room and kitchen. Fully furnished. All amenities and services are within walking distance. The space The house can cater for all your needs while staying in Chiang Mai. Each bedroom has a large double bed while the living room has a comfy family sized sofa complete with satellite TV. A High Speed Wi-Fi internet will keep you connected. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses etc.) and utensils for basic home cooking. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine. IIf you plan to tour around Chiang Mai, the house is conveniently located for getting around. Walking to old town took 10 to 15 minutes. Walking to the night bizarre east of old town took 15 to 20 minutes. Nice easy walks. Great restaurants 5 to 10 minutes away. Love the place. You're a short 10 min walk to Old Town and it was very easy to hail a Grab/taxi. The host is also very communicative, and easy to get a hold of. In fact, she helped address the only compliant we had with the place: the mattresses are VERY firm. The host did bring us some more comforters and mattress toppers to help. ##### Jared L.
