The house was a perfect spot and location to spend Christmas with our son who is stationed in Cheyenne in the Air Force! The house was super cute, and had everything we needed for some relaxing family time. We did run into a small problem upon check-in when we found that the fridge had apparently just gone out. Marc was incredibly quick to respond, cover the cost of dinner and breakfast for us and had a new fridge installed for us the next morning. No small feat as we arrived the day before Christmas Eve! Amazing service for something that was totally out of his control, and he did everything possible to make up for the issue.
