Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room. This is a garden-level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the kitchen window that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay. The coin-op laundry is right through the kitchen door. There is also a shared patio on the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee. We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime! 2 blocks from the hospital; 4 blocks from the Capitol; So close to all the shopping and restaurants downtown! Free parking on site or on the street in front; Uber & Lyft available Pets are welcome! I do charge $15/night per pet for a maximum of $150 per stay. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home. Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee) The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. Kitchen: Paper Towels A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods Powder creamer Sugar A few complimentary snacks Depending on type or presence of kitchen: Cooking Oil Salt & Pepper Bathroom: 2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Bedding: Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed At least one pillow per maximum occupancy Miscellaneous: All purpose cleaning spray Toilet/sink plunger Toilet Brush Broom/dust pan CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee. No vaping or pot smoking. Guests staying longer than 2 weeks will need to pay an additional, refundable cleaning deposit of $300\. Had to use our flashlights. A drop cord was strung across the bedroom to the air conditioner. The bath tub was grungy. Great location, nice price, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable couch. But then we noticed the things that could be fixed easily, like the missing pull chain on the living room light, the squeaky bed, the meager number of hangers despite three spacious closets, the flaking paint, and the insufficient shower head, and the things not so easily, like the lack of electrical outlets, the poor water pressure, the thin, squeaky floors from the apartment above and the guests that stayed up late and got up early. It was easy to find and communication with owners was great. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy anything but the basic amenities. It was very clean and very secure. The location is great, you can see the State Capital Dome from the front yard. There is a nice Keurig style coffee pot with some complimentary pods and some snacks that were nice. It has a fullsized kitchen with some appliances and dishware but very basic which was fine as I didn't do much cooking. The TV worked fine with my Netflix subscription. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was so cute, very authentic for the age of the building. The couch makes into a full sized bed with extra bedding available. There are some stairs up to the entrance and my unit #1 had several steps down to enter the apartment. The hosts were very attentive and checkin went perfect!! I'll stay in one of their properties again when I come up to Cheyenne!! ##### Rita W.
