I misunderstood the "refreshments" available and thought there might be more, but this was not a miscommunication on the property manager side, but on me misinterpreting. A picture of the items typically included with coffee, tea, etc might help. Also, the sofa bed/fold out couch was a little small. My 15 year old (5'4) daughter had to use the ottoman as an extension to be able to lay stretched out. It would not comfortably fit anyone taller. The labeling of the light switches was such a help.
