The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. « This property was more than enough room for our family of 8. My daughters really liked having the 3rd floor to themselves complete with their own bathroom. The renovations that were done on this house were very tasteful. All of the furnishings were well thought out and work very well throughout the home. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area! »

« Many excellent features at this home including: cleanliness, lots of towels, shampoo provided, plenty of room to spread out, 3 nice bathrooms, plenty of hot water for all & decent water pressure, quiet location with woods in back, lots of beds, comfortable washer & dryer, lamps, extra blankets & pillows, self check in worked seamlessly & no key to have to keep track of, plenty of parking, kitchen well stocked.10 people coming & going & it worked out very well. Only about 15 minutes from Quantico...

« Everything. I mean everything was perfect. We saw swans, ducks, and even sn alligator gar for you fishing lovers. The River was beautiful. The host very responsive. The house very-well appointed. Nothing missing. They even had art supplies for our rainy day. Highly recommend this water-front house. »
