All you have to do is provide the food and we provide the essentials needed in a kitchen such as: Full size Refrigerator that has a freezer Gas stove Kitchen utensils such as whisks, spatulas, tongs and mixing spoons. Cutting boards and a chef style knife set (careful they are sharp) Mixing bowls and strainers Pots and pans Baking trays and cupcake tins 8 dinner sets of plates, small plates and bowls. Utensils are provided such as spoons, forks and knives. Two stools sit at the kitchen counter as well as a breakfast nook that can seat 4 people. The dining room is the first room you will enter when coming inside the property and can seat 6 people. For those who love to drink coffee or tea in the morning we also do provide the needed items to give you that extra boost in the morning. If you aren't in the mood to watch TV, board and card games are provided such as UNO, a deck of regular playing cards and the board game, Operation. Laundry is available at the property, which is located in the basement that has solid concrete floors. Mind you, please provide your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets as those are not provided for guests. Outside of the Property: Propane outdoor grill Plenty of parking in graveled areas. This was out in a quiet private very relaxing place to unwind. My little one enjoyed the tire swing and making s’more on the fire pit. We would rate the cleaning good except for some cobwebs but that is to be expected being out in the country. The little back cabin would have been nicer with an ac but with the windows open the cooler night air was fine. The house is spacious and pretty, but lacked several things that could have easily been remedied. 1) no one contacted me with information on how to get in. I had to call VRBO and they had to reach out to the host. The host then gave me the wrong code to get in the gate. 2) upon walking in there is a smell of old smoke. 3) air conditioning was listed as an amenity, HOWEVER, it is window AC’s and not every bedroom had them! 2 out of the 5 bedrooms only had AC!! This is very misleading. It is June, with 90 degree heat. We couldn’t even use the lovely cabin (5th bedroom/3rd bathroom) because it was SO HOT with no AC. the other 2 bedrooms we had to take the mattresses and put them in areas with air conditioning. 4) the bed linens had some green bugs, cups had bugs in them, white towels were stained with large brown spots. 5) Only 6 plates are provided yet the house sleep 10! No dish towels or rags to do the dishes. The microwave and stove could not be used at the same time bc it would blow a breaker. The outside grill was provided, but no grill utensils. This place has the potential to be a GREAT place to stay, if only it was tended to with more detail. Seems like a good place during the winter, but the summer attention is lacking. ##### Joy L.
