"This hotel was amazing! For the suspiciously low price, I didn’t expect much, but this room was lovely! Spacious and well-appointed. Better than any studio apartment I’ve been in - I would LIVE in this hotel if I could!"

"The room was clean, but the sink didn't drain. Bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. An hour prior to checkout a staff member opened the door, did not knock, and said hello and the left. I went to look who came by and I could see the lady walking down the hall. I wasn't about to shout down the hall to see what she needed. They also tack on an automatic charge of $16 per day at checkout. I've stayed here before and after the renovations. The cleanliness has not changed, but the character is gone. Honestly, it just felt like a standard chain hotel. I like to stay there because of the security, but after a staff member opened my door without knocking, I'll try a different hotel next time. I did notify them at checkout and about the sink, the response was dismissive."

"this place out of all hotel chains in the Metro Detroit area is the most consistent clean, as well as accommodating and just so very nice they are the nicest of people. I would absolutely 100% stay here over any of the local you know what so to say upscale more expensive places this is a gem in the middle of chaos! Thank You"
