### Welcoming 5-bedroom house with AC in charming Chester

Relax with the whole family at this house on 22 private acres. Your group will love this spacious and tranquil home situated at the end of a private road. Everyone will find something to do, whether it's exploring the woods, playing basketball, sitting by the fire pit, or just hanging out on the expansive deck and taking in the forest views. With multiple living rooms and a game room, there is plenty of space to spread out, and entertainment for all. The outdoor kitchen is a chef's dream.  
The space  
This cozy and comfortable 5 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home nestled in the woods is warm and inviting. With three levels, there’s always a place for some moments to unwind alone, but when it comes time for the whole group to come together, there’s loads of space for that too. Kick back inside or out. No matter the season, the patio with fire pit makes a great spot for conversation and star gazing.  
  
The light-filled living room is the heart of the home and a place for the whole gang to come together for movies and conversation. The expansive room boasts roomy comfortable couches with plenty of throw pillows and a lovely wood-burning rock fireplace. Sun streams in through large windows, giving the living room a cheery feel.  
  
The second living room is great for kids who might want to watch their own movie snuggled up in two overstuffed super cozy easy chairs.  
Guest access  
All areas of the house and property are available for guests, except the garage.  
Other things to note  
Unfortunately we cannot offer early check-in or late checkout at this property. If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day in order to account for that.  
  
Additional rules  
\- We have a maximum limit of 12 guests, including day visitors. Please tell us your final guest count at the time of booking. Events are strictly forbidden.  
  
\- Any reports of excessive noise from neighbors may result in your immediate removal from the property without a refund.  
  
\- Upon booking, you must inform us of the expected number of cars that will be parked at the property during your visit. If you exceed this number of cars you may be asked to leave without a refund. (This rule is needed to prevent unauthorized events.)  
  
\- Parking is allowed in the driveway by the house only. Please do not drive or park on the lawn, and do not block the dumpster since it may need to be emptied during your stay.  
  
\- Limit of 1 dog per visit. No cats please.
